High pressure washer hoses are most often used in car washes to transport water and various cleaning solutions under high pressure. These high-pressure hoses are used in conjunction with Karcher mobile washing equipment.
The high-pressure hoses for car washes are characterized by increased flexibility and wear resistance. The inner layer is made of water-resistant synthetic rubber, as reinforcement, the hose has an inner layer of high-strength metal braid, the outer layer is made of synthetic abrasive rubber. These hoses operate in the temperature range from -40 to +155 °C.
We offer hoses for high pressure washers with one and two braids – 1SC and 2SC with working pressure from 210 to 400 bar.
Our company recommends using a special plastic spiral or protective cover to protect the wash hoses from abrasion, cuts and also to protect the operator. By installing plastic protection, you will significantly extend the service life of the high-pressure hose for washers, in case of installation of a textile cover, you will also protect the working operator from possible rupture of the hose.
