Before filling any hydraulic system with oil it is necessary to perform its preliminary cleaning – filtration. Oil supplied in large canisters, barrels, most often has metal particles and other impurities at the bottom. Getting these particles into the hydraulic system can lead to unplanned failure of hydraulic components. By running the oil through a filtration machine, you will prevent premature wear of components (cylinders, hydraulic motor, seals, hydraulic valves, hydraulic pump, flexible piping). This procedure, applied on a regular basis, will significantly save you time associated with downtime due to breakdowns, as well as repair costs.
