High pressure hose flanges are designed to connect parts of hydraulic piping. Most often, flanges for high-pressure hoses are found on heavy mining equipment, excavators. VFD flanges are necessary where conventional connections with threads and nuts cannot withstand loads, vibrations, and are not able to work in the operation mode «non-stop».

The flanges can be used with high pressure hoses from size DN 12 up to size DN 50. Sealing in the connection is provided by a rubber sealing ring, which is placed on the end surface of the flange. The flange for VFD with rubber seal is clamped with brackets, which are bolted to the surface. This design is robust and reliable and ensures a connection without possible oil leaks.
