High pressure hoses R15 (R15 SAEJ517 (part of SAE100 group of standards) are used on machinery that operates in heavy duty conditions. R15 SAE 100 hoses are used with very high pressure, impulse loads in the hydraulic system. With these hoses it is necessary to use special fittings and couplings, as a rule – these are products of Interlock series or CS series. If you plan to buy Interlock fittings, you will need a debarking machine, which is used to remove the outer and inner layers of rubber. This is a mandatory procedure when manufacturing coiled hoses. You may also need an air pusher to install the fitting into the hose. If you are pairing CS series fittings with the hose, you do not need to remove the rubber layers.
