R15 – hoses for ultra-high pressure applications. Regardless of hose diameter, you can deliver the same pressure of 420 atmospheres. Like any other coiled hose, R15 hose requires pressing with special couplings. In our company you can find them in CAST fittings or Tieffe fittings. The use of standard type couplings is impossible in this case, as the R15 hose will be operated under severe conditions, with high impulse loads in the system.

Making of VFD

This type of hoses is produced under the brand POWERMASTER. R15 hoses manufactured in accordance with the requirements of SAE J517 standard (part of SAE100 group of standards) are designed for ultra-high pressure applications. Each high-pressure hose manufactured at our factory in China undergoes several stages of multilevel inspection, which eliminates the delivery of defective goods.

The R15 hoses consist of several rubber and metal layers, this construction gives the hose additional strength and protection against bursting under impulse loads. The materials used are resistant to abrasion, ultraviolet light, as well as various chemicals such as oil, gasoline.

High pressure hose labeling

Each high-pressure hose (high-pressure hoses) is marked with a special marking, with the help of which you can determine the type of hose, its size, maximum and bursting pressure, date of manufacture, also the manufacturer's logo is applied to the hose.
