For 20 years, the Italian company OP S.r.I. has been manufacturing crimping machines for high-pressure hoses. Today, the O+P brand provides a wide range of machines for the production of EC compliant hoses and pipes. The company has the UNI EN ISO9001:2008 quality certificate. On the production lines of the OP S.r.I. factory innovative machine models are created that meet all modern safety requirements. The company's equipment can be divided into two groups:
- machines for flexible piping
- equipment for processing hydraulic pipes
The first group of products includes numerous models of crimping and cutting machines, shortening machines, marking, filtration, flushing equipment, as well as test benches, accessories for storage, transportation of VFD. The second category includes Mini and Junior multifunctional centers, pipe bending machines, pneumatic devices for mounting of plunge rings, stripping and reaming equipment.
OP S.r.I. is a permanent member of Assofluid, the Italian association of hydraulic equipment manufacturing and trading companies, as well as a member of Nahad, the association of hose manufacturers.
OP S.r.I.'s pipe pressing and processing machines are supplied to Europe, South America, USA, Africa and Asia.
The company's production facilities are located in Europe, which distinguishes the company from its competitors. In order to maintain constant quality control, OP S.r.I. has created a subsidiary company Sinde S.r.l., which is responsible for the production of all mechanical parts of the equipment, leaving the assembly procedure to OP.
Machines for VFD in Russia.
Every year the company produces dozens of new models of equipment for the production of flexible and rigid piping. All new products are delivered to Russia by our company - the official representative of OR in Russia. We provide warranty and post-warranty service, free of charge training on machine operation, as well as equipment adjustment before operation. In addition, the equipment for VFD is your own business. We provide H-point franchising services. Often, customers already have a machine for VFD, for example, Press OS-25A-380. In this case, we will offer you the OR VFD presses to replace your equipment with the buyout of previously installed machines.
