The DKM socket, refers to the German standard of DIN fittings. The DKM socket has a metric thread and an internal cone of 60° (similar to BSP fittings). The presence of 60° cone does not allow the use of fittings when installing pipes in a pair with pipe connections standard DIN (nut and mortise ring). We recommend to use DKM fittings in systems with medium and low pressure. As a rule, DKM fittings are used with braided and coiled hoses.
