Hydraulic hose 4SP EN 856 – is a hose with four coils, which is manufactured according to the European standard EN 856, this standard is an analog of the Russian standard GOST 25452-90.

High pressure hydraulic hose 4SP differs in characteristics with braided hoses. The coiled hose can withstand higher pressures and is also capable of handling impulse loads. However, coiled hoses are not as flexible as braided hoses.

It should be remembered that coiled hoses are subject to mandatory stripping - removal of the outer layer of rubber during the pressing process. In order to perform a quality stripping of the rubber layer, we recommend using one of the O+P brand debarking machines.

Like 4SH hoses, 4SP hoses consist of four layers of metal coiling and five layers of rubber. You can transfer various synthetic oils, low-octane gasoline, mineral oils, water, and air using the coiled hoses. Each product has its own temperature regime, which must be observed during operation.
