Hose 4SP

Most commonly, a VFD consists of three structural elements. The inner tube, the power cage, and the outer rubber layer.

The construction of a 4SP VFD

The inner rubber tube of the 4SP VFD provides tightness of the hose, resistance to oil and other chemicals inside the VFD. Several layers of metal frame – there are four of them in 4SP VFD, prevent the impact of internal and external pressure, weight of the transmitted liquid. The outer layer, made of a special composition of rubber, prevents the impact of external factors (aggressive environments, temperature, ultraviolet light, mechanical impact).

To ensure maximum durability, the metal frame is laid in a winding method in several layers alternating with the rubber layer.

The 4SP hoses are designed for medium pressures and can withstand from 165 to 450 bar, operating in temperature ranges from -40° C to +100° C.

Standard EN 856

The 4SP POWERMASTER high pressure hoses are manufactured according to the European standard EN 856. Under the same standard high-pressure hoses of the types 4SH, R12, R13, R15 are produced. These types as well as 4SP are also presented in our assortment. We deliver from stock, so delivery time for 4SP hoses is minimal.
