High pressure hoses 1SN EN 853

1SN high pressure hoses are manufactured according to EN 853. This standard regulates the type of material from which the inner and outer layer of the hose is made, the type of fluids used, temperature, inner and outer diameter of the hose, as well as the thickness of the outer layer. 1SN hoses are high-pressure hoses of braided type. Aluminum wire is applied to the inner rubber layer crosswise. Due to this winding method, braided hoses are more flexible, but can withstand less pressure than coiled hoses. The number in front of the letters indicates the number of braids, the letters indicate the thickness of the layer, SN – «average» thickness of the rubber layer.

The 1SN hose design and assortment

The 1SN high pressure hose consists of an inner rubber layer made of synthetic rubber, a metal braid and an outer rubber layer resistant to abrasion and UV light.
