1SC hoses are manufactured in accordance with EN 857. This standard defines the requirements for the production of hoses of two types – with one and two braids. Hoses of EN 857 type are designed to work with oils complying with ISO 6743-4 standard in the temperature range from -40 to +100 °C, as well as water-based liquids, air in the temperature range from -40 to +70 °C. High-pressure hoses 1SC belong to the braided type of hoses. This type is the most popular and is most often found on machinery.

High pressure hoses 1SC: differences

The 1SC high-pressure hoses differ from conventional braided hoses by having a smaller bending radius. This advantage is achieved by the smaller thickness of the outer layer of the hose. If you need additional flexibility while maintaining the same working pressure, we recommend SC hoses.

The 1SC hoses are pressed with conventional hydraulic couplings and no removal of the outer or inner rubber layers is required.
