Partner program
Dear customers!
In order to increase sales, reduce the risk of internal competition and strengthen partner relations with customers, our company has developed a partner program.
Selling goods to customers through partners is a priority for the company, so the program provides for assigning customers to partners. Under the program, we do not make direct sales to such customers in order to provide our partners with stable growth and support.
Main principles of the program
1. The sale of goods to Buyers through Partners is a priority for the Company.
2. The Company's Partners refrain from selling the Company's products to Buyers assigned to other Partners and to Buyers actively cooperating with the Company.
3. The assignment of the Buyer to the Partner shall take place in case of economic feasibility and expediency and shall be confirmed in writing.
4. The Partner represents the interests of the Company and does not conceal its name when selling products to the Buyer.
5. The Partner shall provide the Company with all information about the Buyer, including contacts of LPR, volumes and assortment of purchases.
6. The Partner delivers to the Buyer only the Company's products, if available in the Company's warehouse, in the agreed volume.
7. The Partner reports to the Company on a monthly basis on the quantitative results of sales to Buyers.
8. In case the Company sells goods at wholesale price to the Buyer, who is assigned to the Partner, the Company charges the Partner a commission of 5% upon completion of the transaction. In case of price reduction due to internal competition, the commission is reduced down to 1%.
9. If the Buyer fails to comply with clause 4 within three months or repeatedly violates clauses 2, 6, 7, the assignment of the Buyer shall be terminated.
