Uniform rules for labeling hoses

Since the beginning of 2023, all high-pressure hoses and industrial hoses of our own brands VERSO, POWERMASTER and TRAKTOR will be labeled according to the same rules:

• if the hose is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of a certain standard, this standard must be indicated on the hose;
• the marking is indicated without dots or other separating characters, if their absence does not prevent the hose from being identified. Additional places of digits are not indicated, including zero before the value;
• if the hose exceeds the requirements of the standard, EXCEEDS is indicated before the standard (exceeding the standard may be due to: pressure, operating temperature, diameter or other characteristics);
• if the specified standard assumes division into types (classes) of hoses on any basis, then the type (class) of the hose is indicated;
• the priority system of units is metric (the imperial system of units is indicated in brackets, as a rule, inches and pounds-force per square inch);
• values are rounded when converted to ±5 psi. Example: 101-100, 102-100, 103-105, ... 106-105, 107-105, 108-110.
