Thermoplastic CNG hose from VERSO

CNGX - hose with lower operating pressure (250 bar). Available in two sizes – DN06 (1/4”) and DN25 (1”).
Design DN06: the inner layer is made of electrically conductive polyamide, reinforced with high-strength textile fibers, the outer layer is a red micro-perforated polyurethane coating that protects against scratches, microorganisms and sunlight.

Construction DN25: the inner layer is made of non-conductive polyamide, reinforced with high-strength textile fibers and high-strength steel braiding, the outer layer is a red micro-perforated polyurethane coating that protects against scratches, microorganisms and sunlight.

Application: CNGX series hoses are designed for high pressure transmission of compressed natural gas. Operating temperature: -40 °C to + 65 °C. Safety factor 1:3.
