The sleeve is made by extrusion.
Increased flexibility: minimum bend radius is twice the internal diameter.
Constant operating temperature range: liquid foods up to +110 °C (230 °F), fatty foods up to +120 °C (248 °F).
The hose complies with FDA standard, Italian d.m. directive. 21/03/73 as well as sanitary standard and 3A class II in accordance with EC 1935/2004 and EC 2023/2006.

DESIGN:
Inner layer: white synthetic rubber, specially developed to the highest standards in the food industry
Reinforcement: high-strength textile cords with built-in steel spiral wire.
Cover: Blue synthetic rubber, ideal for applications where ozone, environmental, and abrasion resistance is required.
Sterilize with steam at +130 °C (266 °F) for 30 minutes or with a 5% soda solution.
