Equipment exchange program
Dear customers!
In order to support the development of your business, we have developed an equipment exchange program.
Under this program, you can exchange any working equipment for the production of fittings and pipe processing, regardless of the manufacturer, year of manufacture, or degree of wear. In return, we will provide you with new high-quality equipment from Italy from O+P s.r.l.
The terms of the transaction are transparent: all stages of evaluation, sale, and purchase are recorded in official contracts, taking into account the condition of the equipment, photo and video materials, and the possibility of partial offset of the cost.
1. Purchase of used equipment (contract No. 1)
1. Used equipment is assessed by the Seller according to a checklist, which must indicate all significant damage, describe malfunctions, and assess the degree of wear and tear on the equipment. Photos and/or video materials are attached to the document.
2. A contract for the sale of used equipment is concluded, specifying the terms of sale in the specifications: preliminary cost, payment terms, and condition of the equipment, according to the checklist.
3. Used equipment is sent for evaluation to the Buyer's warehouse in St. Petersburg. Transportation is paid for by the Seller.
4. The buyer assesses the equipment using a checklist, comparing it with the seller's data. Photos and/or video materials are attached to the document.
5. If there are no discrepancies in the checklists between the Seller's and Buyer's assessments, the preliminary cost of the equipment is confirmed.
6. In the event of discrepancies, the Buyer shall send a reasoned assessment of the cost of rectifying the discrepancies or a reasoned refusal to purchase due to the impossibility of repair. If the Seller accepts the cost of the changes, the final price of the equipment shall be determined. If the Seller does not accept the cost of the changes/the Buyer's reasoned refusal to purchase, the used equipment shall be transported to the Seller by the Buyer at the Seller's expense.
2. Sale of new equipment (contract No. 2)
1. The commercial terms for purchasing new O+P brand equipment (price, delivery time, payment terms) are being discussed.
2. It is envisaged that part of the cost of new equipment may be paid for by offsetting mutual claims.
