Warranty Terms for Goods

These warranty terms apply to ultra-high-pressure hoses supplied by the Seller. Ultra-high-pressure hoses are supplied only as finished products manufactured by the producer.

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 12 months from the shipment date from the manufacturer, provided operation complies with international standards and manufacturer’s recommendations. The shipment date is the date on the invoice (TORG-12) by which the goods are shipped. Warranty replacement of defective goods is free of charge only at the Seller’s warehouse. All transportation costs related to replacement are borne by the Buyer. Warranty covers structural defects. The decision to recognize a warranty case is made by the Seller in agreement with the manufacturer.

Warranty Limitations

Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper product selection and use with incompatible products, incorrect assembly with other products, use outside intended purpose, or in unsuitable environmental conditions. The Supplier is not responsible for risks related to intentional or unintentional improper use; damage to personnel caused by product defects; operational losses; lost profits; production losses; contract losses; or any other additional losses and expenses, including losses caused to third parties.

The length of supplied hoses is agreed between Buyer and Supplier; permissible deviation from agreed coil length is ±2%.

Actions Upon Defect Detection

In case a defect is detected during acceptance or operation (within the warranty period), it is necessary:

1. Submit an official claim to our company indicating circumstances and describing the problem, date and document number under which the product was purchased.

When submitting a claim, it is mandatory to provide:

  • article number, marking;
  • operating conditions (installation location, temperature, fluid used, working and maximum pressure);
  • description of the defect;
  • photo/video materials.

2. If the claim can be resolved by phone or written consultation, the Supplier will send a new product to replace the defective one free of charge under warranty, with transportation costs borne by the Buyer.

3. If the cause of the defect and warranty case cannot be established based on Buyer’s materials, the product shall be sent to the Supplier’s warehouse at Buyer’s expense. All goods must be returned in original or protective packaging. The Supplier will analyze the product and prepare an inspection report and technical conclusion. In exceptional cases, an expert examination at the manufacturer’s site may be required. If recognized as a warranty case, the defective product will be replaced with a new one.
