Warranty Terms for Goods
These warranty terms apply to ultra-high pressure hoses supplied by the Seller. Ultra-high pressure hoses are supplied only as finished products manufactured by the producer.
Warranty Period
The warranty for the products is valid for 12 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, provided the products are operated according to international standards and manufacturer recommendations. The shipment date is the date of the consignment note (TORG-12) by which the goods are shipped. Warranty replacement of defective products is carried out free of charge only at the Seller’s warehouse. All transportation costs related to replacement are borne by the Buyer. The warranty covers design defects of the product. The decision to recognize a warranty case is made by the Seller in agreement with the manufacturer.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper product selection and use with incompatible products, improper assembly (connection) with other products, use of the product not for its intended purpose, and in unsuitable environmental conditions. The Supplier is not responsible for all risks related to intentional or unintentional improper use; damage to personnel caused by product defects; losses during operation; lost profits; production loss; contract loss; and any other additional losses and costs, including damages caused to third parties.
Actions Upon Defect Detection
In case of defect detection during acceptance or operation (within the warranty period), it is necessary to:
1. Send an official claim to our company, indicating the circumstances of occurrence and describing the problem, the date and number of the document under which the goods were purchased.
When submitting a claim, it is mandatory to provide the following information:
- article number, marking;
- operating conditions (where the product was installed, temperature, fluid used, working and maximum pressure);
- description of the defect;
- photo/video materials.
2. If the claim can be resolved by telephone or written consultations, the Supplier sends a new product to replace the defective one free of charge under warranty, with transportation costs borne by the Buyer.
3. If the cause of the defect and the fact of a warranty case cannot be established based on the Buyer’s materials, the goods are sent to the Supplier’s warehouse at the Buyer’s expense and effort. All goods must be returned in original packaging or packaging preventing damage during transportation. Subsequently, at the Supplier’s premises, the goods are analyzed and an inspection report and technical conclusion are prepared. In exceptional cases, an expert examination at the manufacturer’s premises may be required. If the case is recognized as warranty-related, the defective goods are replaced with new ones.
