Product Warranty Conditions

These warranty conditions apply to reusable fittings and couplings supplied by the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Product").

Warranty period

The warranty for the product is valid for 12 months from the date of shipment of the product to the Buyer, provided that it is used in accordance with the requirements of international standards and the manufacturer's recommendations. The date of shipment is the date of the consignment note (TORG-12), according to which the product is shipped. Warranty replacement of defective products is carried out free of charge only at the Seller's warehouse. All transportation costs associated with the replacement of the product are borne by the Buyer. The warranty applies to design defects of the product. The decision to recognize the case as a warranty case is made by the Seller in agreement with the manufacturer of the product.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper selection of the product and use in combination with another unsuitable product, improper assembly (connection) with another product, use of the product for other than its intended purpose and in unsuitable environmental conditions. The supplier is not liable for all risks associated with intentional or unintentional improper use; damage to personnel caused by a defect in the product; losses during operation, as well as any other additional losses and costs, including losses caused to a third party.

Actions upon detection of a defect

If a defect is detected during acceptance or operation (during the warranty period), it is necessary to:

1. Send an official claim to our company, indicating the circumstances of the occurrence and describing the problem, date and document number under which the goods were purchased.

When submitting a claim, it is necessary to provide the following information:

  • article, marking;
  • operating conditions (where the product was installed, temperature, liquid used, operating and maximum pressure);
  • description of the defect;
  • photo/video materials.

2. If the claim can be resolved by telephone or written consultations, the Supplier sends a new product to replace the defective one under warranty free of charge, while transportation costs are paid by the Buyer.

3. If the cause of the defect and the fact of a warranty case cannot be established on the basis of the Buyer's materials, the goods are sent to the Supplier's warehouse by the Buyer and at his expense. All goods are returned in the original packaging or in packaging that excludes damage to the products during transportation. Subsequently, the goods are analyzed on the Supplier's premises and an inspection report and technical report are drawn up. In exceptional cases, an examination at the manufacturer's premises may be required. If the case is recognized as a warranty case, the defective product is replaced with a new one.
