Warranty Terms for Goods

These warranty terms apply to reusable fittings and couplings supplied by the Seller (hereinafter referred to as "Goods").

Warranty Period

The warranty on the Goods is valid for 12 months from the date of shipment to the Buyer, provided operation complies with international standards and manufacturer's recommendations. The shipment date is the date of the delivery note (TORG-12) by which the goods are shipped. Warranty replacement of defective goods is free of charge only at the Seller's warehouse. All transportation costs associated with the replacement of the goods shall be borne by the Buyer. The warranty applies to structural defects in the goods. The decision to recognize a case as a warranty case is made by the Seller in agreement with the manufacturer of the goods.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper selection of the goods and use in combination with other unsuitable goods, incorrect assembly (connection) with other goods, use of the goods not for their intended purpose and in unsuitable environmental conditions. The Supplier is not responsible for all risks associated with intentional or unintentional improper use; damage to personnel caused by a defect in the goods; losses during operation, as well as any other additional losses and expenses, including losses caused to third parties.

Actions in case of defect detection

In case of detection of a defect during acceptance or operation (during the warranty period), the following is necessary:

1. Send an official claim to our company, indicating the circumstances of the occurrence and describing the problem, the date and number of the document under which the goods were purchased.

When submitting a claim, it is mandatory to provide the following information:

  • item number, marking;
  • operating conditions (where the product was installed, temperature, fluid used, working and maximum pressure);
  • description of the defect;
  • photo/video materials.

2. If the claim can be resolved through telephone or written consultations, the Supplier sends a new product to replace the defective one under warranty free of charge, while the Buyer bears the transportation costs.

3. If the cause of the defect and the fact of the warranty case cannot be established based on the materials of the Buyer, the goods are sent to the Supplier's warehouse by the Buyer at their own expense. All goods must be returned in their original packaging or in packaging that excludes damage to the products during transportation. Further, an analysis of the goods is carried out on the territory of the Supplier and an inspection report and a technical conclusion are drawn up. If the case is recognized as a warranty case, the defective goods are replaced with new ones.
