The Seller guarantees the quality of its products. We undertake to meet our customers’ requirements regarding quality and offer a 1-year warranty on our suppliers’ products.
For the products you purchase, you accept the following terms:
- In any case, you must inspect and accept the product. You must carefully read the manual before use to ensure correct operation of the product.
- We provide a one-year warranty for the product from the date of purchase (TORG-12 date). If during this period, under proper use, issues such as leakage or rupture occur, please provide the product or its photo to the Seller or its distributors for problem verification. If the issue is confirmed by the company within the warranty period, the Seller or its distributors will carry out free repair or replacement. For issues outside the warranty period, the Seller will also provide necessary services within reasonable limits.
- To obtain quality assurance and after-sales service, you must provide a valid purchase certificate, including a purchase invoice from the Seller or its distributors, a product warranty stamped by the Seller, the product operation manual with the Seller’s stamp, and buyer identification.
- If a quality issue arises, the client must provide relevant photographs and a detailed description of the problem. We undertake to respond within 48 hours after receiving this information.
We do not bear responsibility for issues arising during transportation of the product.
Your responsibility: you are responsible for using and handling the product strictly according to the operation manual, placing the product in a safe zone, and providing appropriate maintenance and care. If a breakdown occurs, you must take timely measures to eliminate it and prevent further damage.
The Seller is not responsible for all risks associated with intentional or unintentional improper use; damage to personnel caused by joint responsibility; operational losses, as well as any other additional losses and expenses, including losses caused to third parties.
This warranty does not apply in the following situations (including but not limited to):
- Improper use of the product, quality deterioration due to aging.
- Product damage due to incorrect installation.
- Product damage due to improper use, including use outside the permitted scope.
- Product damage due to improper storage.
- Product damage due to accident.
- Exceeding the product load standard (API Spec 7K).
- The product type, specification listed in the provided invoice, etc., does not match the actual product or has been replaced.
- Failure to provide an actual invoice, warranty stamped by the Seller, operation manual with the Seller’s stamp, and buyer identification.
- Product damage as a result of human error.
- Damage caused by force majeure.
- The length of supplied hoses is agreed between the Buyer and the Supplier; permissible deviation from the agreed coil length is ±2%.
If the situation described in items 7, 8, or 9 is the cause of product damage, the Seller is released from the obligations specified in this warranty letter and does not bear responsibility or any other penalties.
Governing law. Any disputes related to this warranty provision are resolved in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the Seller’s location.

The Seller assures you the quality of our product. We are committed to making every customer satisfied with our product.
To remove your worries, we offer a 1-year warranty for all of our products.
For the products you purchased, we make the following performance pledge:
- In any case, you should check and accept the product. You should carefully read the manual before using to know the correct, reasonable use and operation methods.
- We provide a one-year warranty period for the product itself from the date of purchase (date of invoice). During this period, if there are quality problems caused by normal use, such as leakage and bursting, etc., please provide the product or pictures to The Seller or the distributors of The Seller, who will inspect the product. If the product is within the scope and period of warranty after final confirmation by The Seller, The Seller’s distributors will provide free repair or replacement. For the product beyond the warranty period, The Seller will also provide appropriate services within reasonable limits.
- When requesting quality assurance and after-sales service, you must supply a valid purchase certificate, including a purchase invoice from The Seller or The Seller’s distributors, product warranty stamped by The Seller, product manual stamped by The Seller and customer identification.
- Before the product leaves the factory, all product parameters are strictly quality tested to ensure the qualification rate of sold products reaches 100%.
If quality problems occur during the warranty period, customers should provide corresponding photographs and a detailed written description. We promise to reply within 48 hours after receiving this information.
Any quality problems occurring during transportation are not our responsibility.
Your responsibility: you have the responsibility to use, operate and store strictly according to the product manual, place the product in a safe zone, and provide sustained and reasonable maintenance for the product. After any damage occurs, you are responsible for taking timely, necessary and reasonable measures to avoid further damage.
All risks and duties caused by abnormal usage, including any indirect or intentional damage, personal damage caused by joint liability, operational losses and any additional losses and expenses, or direct and indirect losses to third parties, etc., The Seller will not bear.
This product warranty is not applicable to the following situations (including but not limited to):
- Product wear under normal use, normal aging and quality decline.
- Product damage caused by improper installation.
- Product damage caused by improper use, misuse, including use and operation beyond the expected scope.
- Product damage caused by improper storage.
- Product damage caused by collision.
- The load of product exceeds the relevant standard (API Spec 7K).
- The product type or specification listed in the provided invoice, etc., does not match the actual product or has been altered.
- Cannot provide an effective invoice, product warranty stamped by The Seller, product manual stamped by The Seller and customer identification.
- Product damage caused by any human error or force majeure.
- The length of the supplied hoses is agreed between the Buyer and the Supplier; permissible deviation from the agreed coil length is ±2%.
If any situation described in items 7, 8, or 9 occurs, The Seller is released from the quality guarantee under this Quality Warranty and will not bear any risk, responsibility, or charges.
Applicable law. Any dispute related to this warranty clause shall be resolved according to the law of the Russian Federation and under the jurisdiction of the courts where The Seller is located.
