Protection for VFDs

These warranty conditions refer to and are an integral part of the sales contracts concluded by Hydravia LLC INN 7806158571 and Hydral LLC INN 7802374966 with buyers. The warranty conditions are a public offer and cannot be changed. Revision 15.05.2017.

Product warranty terms

These warranty conditions apply only to mechanical or high temperature protection supplied by the Seller.

Warranty period

The warranty period for the Seller's goods is one year from the date of shipment, which is fixed in the delivery note ТОРГ-12 (in case of shipment on EXW terms - this is the date of CMR). Warranty replacement of defective goods shall be made free of charge only at the Seller's warehouse. The warranty applies only to structural defects of the goods.

Warranty limitations

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper selection of the goods and use in combination with other unsuitable goods, improper assembly (connection) with other goods, use of the goods not for their intended purpose and in unsuitable environmental conditions. The Supplier shall not be liable for all risks associated with intentional or unintentional misuse; damage to personnel caused by defective goods; loss of use, as well as any other additional losses and costs, including losses caused to a third party.

Actions when a defect is detected

If a defect is detected during acceptance or operation (during the warranty period), it is necessary:

а. Send an official claim to our company, indicating the circumstances of occurrence and describing the problem, date and number of the document under which the goods were purchased. In order to determine remotely whether the case is a warranty case, at the request of the supplier, the buyer sends additionally photo (video) materials of the goods demonstrating the type of defect.

b. If the claim can be resolved by telephone or written consultation, the Supplier shall send new goods to replace the defective goods under warranty free of charge, transportation costs being at the expense of the Buyer.

c. If the cause of the defect and the fact of the warranty case cannot be established on the basis of the Buyer's materials, the goods shall be sent to the Supplier's warehouse at the Buyer's expense. All goods shall be returned in their original packaging or in packaging that prevents damage during transportation. Further, the goods shall be analyzed at the Supplier's premises and an inspection report and technical report shall be drawn up. If the case is recognized as a warranty case, the defective goods shall be replaced with a new one.

General information

Mechanical plastic and textile protection is designed to protect hydraulic and pneumatic hoses from mechanical effects such as friction and impact.

High-temperature protection is designed to protect hoses, cables, pipelines and pipes against long-term exposure to temperatures up to 260°C, 15-20 minutes - up to 1093°C, 15-30 seconds - up to 1650°C.

Warning. Mechanical and high-temperature protection are not intended to protect people and the environment from sudden failure of hose, cable, piping and pipe. Product specifications are specified in the catalog and on the official website of the Seller, in the relevant standard - SAE AS1072 (for high-temperature protection).

Storage conditions - in the original packaging (box), at an average temperature of 23° C with humidity of 50%. There are no special restrictions on storage of this product.
