Fitting plugs and thermowelds

. These warranty terms apply to and are an integral part of the purchase and sale contracts concluded by Hydravia LLC INN 7806158571 and Hydral LLC INN 7802374966 with buyers. The warranty conditions are a public offer and cannot be changed. Revision 15.05.2017.

Goods warranty terms

These warranty conditions apply to fitting plugs supplied by the Seller.

Warranty Period

The warranty for the goods is valid for 12 months from the date of shipment of the goods to the Buyer, subject to operation in accordance with GOST requirements and Seller's recommendations. The date of shipment is the date of the consignment note (TRORG-12) on which the goods are shipped. In case of shipment of goods on EXW terms to the manufacturer's factory - this is the date of SMR. Warranty replacement of low-quality goods shall be made free of charge only at the Seller's warehouse. All transportation costs associated with the replacement of the goods are at the Buyer's expense. The warranty applies only to structural defects of the goods.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not apply to goods assembled or used not in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, to damage caused by breach of storage conditions. Seller shall not be liable for all risks associated with intentional or unintentional misuse; damage to personnel caused by defective goods; loss of use, and any other additional damages and costs, including damages caused to a third party.

Actions when a defect is detected

If a defect is detected during acceptance or operation (during the warranty period) it is necessary:

а. Send an official claim to our company, indicating the circumstances of occurrence and describing the problem, date and number of the document under which the goods were purchased. To determine remotely whether the case is a warranty case, at the request of the supplier, the buyer sends an additional photo (video) of the goods with a demonstration of the type of defect.

б. If the claim can be resolved by telephone or written consultation, the Supplier shall send a new product to replace the defective one under warranty free of charge, transportation costs being at the expense of the Buyer.

в. If the cause of the defect and the fact of the warranty case cannot be established on the basis of the Buyer's materials, the goods shall be sent to the Supplier's warehouse at the Buyer's expense. All goods shall be returned in their original packaging or in packaging that prevents damage to the goods during transportation. Further, the goods shall be analyzed at the Supplier's premises and an inspection report and technical report shall be drawn up. If the case is recognized as a warranty case, the defective goods shall be replaced with a new one.
