Seals

These warranty terms and conditions refer to and are an integral part of the sales contracts concluded by Hydravia LLC INN 7806158571 and Hydral LLC INN 7802374966 with buyers. The warranty conditions are a public offer and cannot be changed. Revision 15.05.2017.

Product warranty terms

These warranty conditions apply only to seals (metal, rubber, plastic, other products) supplied by the Seller.

Warranty period

The warranty period for the Seller's goods is one year from the date of shipment, which is fixed in the delivery note ТОРГ-12 (in case of shipment on EXW terms - it is the date of CMR), but not more than the service life (resource) established by the manufacturer. Warranty replacement of substandard goods is free of charge only at the Seller's warehouse. The warranty applies to design defects of the goods. The decision to recognize the case as warranty is made by the Seller in consultation with the manufacturer of the goods.

Warranty limitations

The warranty does not cover damage caused by the use of the product outside the scope of its application, violation of transportation and storage conditions, requirements for installation in combination with other goods, operational defects caused by intensive use of the product (natural wear and tear).

The Supplier shall not be liable for all risks associated with intentional or unintentional misuse; damage to personnel caused by defective goods; loss of use, and any other additional losses and costs, including losses caused to a third party.

Actions when a defect is detected

If a defect is detected during acceptance or operation (during the warranty period), it is necessary:

a. Send an official claim to our company, indicating the circumstances of occurrence and describing the problem, date and number of the document under which the goods were purchased. In order to determine remotely whether the case is a warranty case, at the request of the supplier, the buyer sends additionally photo (video) materials of the goods demonstrating the type of defect.

b. If the claim can be resolved by telephone or written consultation, the Supplier shall send new goods to replace the defective goods under warranty free of charge, transportation costs being at the expense of the Buyer.

c. If the cause of the defect and the fact of the warranty case cannot be established on the basis of the Buyer's materials, the goods shall be sent to the Supplier's warehouse at the Buyer's expense. All goods shall be returned in their original packaging or in packaging that prevents damage during transportation. Further, the goods shall be analyzed at the Supplier's premises and an inspection report and technical report shall be drawn up. If the case is recognized as a warranty case, the defective goods shall be replaced with a new one.

Transportation and storage conditions - in the original (special) packaging protecting from destruction and damage in accordance with the rules of storage of rubber products (ISO 2230. Storage conditions for products, which includes rubber and plastic products 1 (light) or 2 (medium), metal products - conditions 5 according to GOST 15150.
