Product Warranty Conditions

These warranty conditions apply to Stopflex hose retention systems, new at the time of sale: Stopflex restraining system, Stopflex clamp, textile clamps, supplied by the Seller.

 Warranty period

The warranty for hidden defects of the goods is valid for 12 months from the date of shipment of the goods to the Buyer, subject to operation in accordance with the requirements of the standards (if applicable for this type of goods) and the recommendations of the Seller. The date of shipment is the date of the consignment note (TORG-12), according to which the goods are shipped. In case of sending goods on EXW terms, the manufacturer's plant - this is the CMR date. Warranty replacement of low-quality goods is carried out free of charge only at the Seller's warehouse. All transportation costs associated with the replacement of the product, its diagnostics are borne by the Buyer. The warranty applies only to design defects of the product. The decision to recognize the case as a warranty case is made by the Seller in agreement with the manufacturer of the product. The warranty applies to design defects of the product.

Warranty limitations

The warranty conditions apply only to direct buyers of the company. The warranty applies only to those products that have been installed and put into operation in accordance with the Seller's instructions.

The warranty does not cover leaks and damage caused by improper selection of the product, use with another unsuitable product, improper assembly (connection) with another product, changes in the design of the products, violation of the operating rules specified in the catalogs, instructions and other technical documents of the Seller, independent repairs not agreed with the Seller. The Supplier shall not be liable for all risks associated with intentional or unintentional improper use; damage to personnel caused by a product defect; losses during operation, lost profits, as well as any other additional losses and costs, including losses caused to a third party. The Seller is responsible for the operability and safety of the components supplied by it, but not the operation of the entire system as a whole.

 Actions upon detection of a defect

If a defect is detected during acceptance or operation (during the warranty period), it is necessary to:

·                    Send an official claim to our company, indicating the circumstances of the occurrence and describing the problem, date and document number under which the product was purchased. To remotely determine whether the case is covered by the warranty, at the request of the supplier, the buyer additionally sends photos and videos of the product demonstrating the type of defect. The period for accepting claims for visible defects is 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The period for accepting claims for hidden defects is determined by the warranty period, but not later than 7 days before the expiration date of the warranty obligations.

If the Seller has not received any comments from the Buyer, the product is considered accepted by the Buyer; further claims can only be made for hidden defects within the timeframes stipulated by the warranty.

If damage to the product occurred during transportation, the claim must be made to the carrier, but not to the Seller.

  • If the claim can be resolved by telephone or written consultations, the Supplier sends a new product to replace the defective one under warranty free of charge, while the transportation costs are paid by the Buyer.

  • If the cause of the defect and the fact of the warranty case cannot be established on the basis of the Buyer's materials, the goods are sent to the Supplier's warehouse by the Buyer's efforts and at his expense. All goods are returned in their original
