Ultra-high pressure hoses
These warranty conditions refer to and are an integral part of the sales contracts concluded by Hydravia LLC INN 7806158571 and Hydral LLC INN 7802374966 with buyers. The warranty conditions are a public offer and cannot be changed. Revision 06.04.2021.
Product Warranty Terms
These warranty conditions apply to the ultra-high pressure hoses supplied by the Seller. Ultrahigh pressure hoses are supplied only as finished products manufactured in-house.
Warranty Period
The product warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, subject to operation in accordance with the requirements of international standards and manufacturer's recommendations. The date of shipment is the date of the delivery note (TRORG-12) on which the goods are shipped. Warranty replacement of low-quality products shall be made free of charge only at the Seller's warehouse. All transportation costs associated with the replacement of the goods are at the Buyer's expense. The warranty applies to structural defects of the goods. The decision to recognize the case as warranty is made by the Seller in consultation with the manufacturer of the goods.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper selection of the goods and use in combination with other unsuitable goods, improper assembly (connection) with other goods, use of the goods for other than their intended purpose and in unsuitable environmental conditions. The Supplier shall not be liable for all risks associated with intentional or unintentional misuse; damage to personnel caused by defective goods; loss of use; for lost profits; loss of production; loss of contracts and any other additional losses and costs, including losses caused to a third party.
The length of supplied hoses shall be agreed between the Buyer and the Supplier; the permissible limit deviation from the agreed coil length is ±2%.
Actions in case of defect detection
If a defect is detected during acceptance or operation (during the warranty period), it is necessary to:
1. Send an official complaint to our company, indicating the circumstances of the occurrence and describing the problem, the date and number of the document under which the product was purchased.
It is mandatory to provide the following information when submitting a claim:
- article, labeling;
- operating conditions (where the product was installed, temperature, fluid used, operating and maximum pressure);
- defect description;
- photo/video materials.
2. If the claim can be resolved by telephone or written consultations, the Supplier will send a new product to replace the defective one under the warranty free of charge, with transportation costs at the expense of the Buyer.
3 If the cause of the defect and the fact of the warranty case cannot be established on the basis of the Buyer's materials, the goods shall be sent to the Supplier's warehouse at the Buyer's expense. All goods shall be returned in their original packaging or in packaging that prevents damage during transportation. Subsequently, the goods shall be analyzed at the Supplier's premises and an inspection report and technical report shall be drawn up. In exceptional cases it may be necessary to carry out an expert examination on the manufacturer's premises. If the case is recognized as a warranty case, the defective product is replaced with a new one.
