PUSH-LOK low pressure hoses
These warranty conditions refer to and are an integral part of the sales contracts concluded by Hydravia LLC INN 7806158571 and Hydral LLC INN 7802374966 with buyers. The warranty conditions are a public offer and cannot be changed. Revision 06.04.2021.
Product Warranty Terms
These warranty conditions apply to the PUSH-LOK low pressure hoses supplied by the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the Goods).
Warranty period
The product warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of shipment to the Buyer, subject to operation in accordance with the requirements of international standards and manufacturer's recommendations. The date of shipment is the date of the consignment note (TRORG-12) on which the goods are shipped. Warranty replacement of low-quality products shall be made free of charge only at the Seller's warehouse. All transportation costs associated with the replacement of the goods are at the Buyer's expense. The warranty applies to structural defects of the goods. The decision to recognize the case as warranty is made by the Seller in consultation with the manufacturer of the goods.
Warranty limitations
The product is not covered by the warranty if the cause of its malfunction is the result of:
- mechanical damage and/or negligence caused by the buyer;
- use of the goods for other than their intended purpose, or with violations of the conditions of use and/or unauthorized testing, repairs;
- use of the goods in conjunction with an uncertified, complementary or auxiliary product other than that produced or recommended for the goods by the manufacturer..
The length of supplied hoses shall be agreed between the Buyer and the Supplier; the permissible limit deviation from the agreed coil length is ±2%.
The Supplier shall not be liable for all risks associated with intentional or unintentional misuse; damage to personnel caused by defective goods; loss of use; and any other additional losses and costs, including losses caused to third parties.
Actions in the event of a defect
If a defect is detected during acceptance or operation (during the warranty period) it is necessary:
1. Send an official claim to our company, indicating the circumstances of the occurrence and describing the problem, the date and number of the document under which the product was purchased.
The following information must be provided when submitting a claim:
- article number of all coils;
- operating conditions (temperature regime, ambient temperature, fluid type, fluid temperature, average working pressure, maximum working pressure, time of use, external contact with foreign liquids or substances);
- defect description;
- photo/video materials.
In case of a complaint about the finished product:
- data on pressure testing: description of couplings and fittings used, indication of pressure testing parameters, description of the equipment used for pressure testing.;
- whether and how the results of the pressure test were verified.
2. In case of warranty replacement of the goods during the period of validity of the factory warranty, the Supplier shall remedy the defects within the agreed period of time from the date of receipt of the Buyer's notification of the failure of the goods. All transportation costs for replacement or repair of the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
3 If the cause of the defect and the fact of the warranty case cannot be determined on the basis of the Buyer's materials, the goods shall be sent to the Supplier's warehouse at the Buyer's expense. All goods shall be returned in their original packaging or in packaging that prevents damage during transportation. Subsequently, the goods shall be analyzed at the Supplier's premises and an inspection report and technical report shall be drawn up. In exceptional cases it may be necessary to carry out an expert examination on the manufacturer's premises. If the case is recognized as a warranty case, the defective product is replaced with a new one.
