Warranty Terms for Goods

Warranty Period

The warranty period for the Seller’s goods is one year from the shipment date recorded in the delivery note TORG-12 (for EXW shipments, this is the date on the CMR). Warranty replacement of defective goods is free of charge only at the Seller’s warehouse. The warranty covers only structural defects of the goods.

Warranty Limitations

Warranty does not cover defects caused by poor installation or failure to meet operating requirements. The Supplier is not responsible for all risks related to intentional or unintentional improper use; damage to personnel caused by product defects; operational losses; lost profits; and any other additional losses and expenses, including losses caused to third parties.

Actions Upon Defect Detection

In case a defect is detected during acceptance or operation (within the warranty period), it is necessary:

a. Submit an official claim to our company indicating circumstances and describing the problem, date, and document number under which the product was purchased. For remote determination of warranty coverage, at the Supplier’s request, the Buyer shall additionally provide photo (video) materials demonstrating the defect.

b. If the claim can be resolved by telephone or written consultations, the Supplier will send a new product to replace the defective one free of charge under warranty, with transportation costs borne by the Buyer.

c. If the cause of the defect and warranty case cannot be established based on Buyer’s materials, the product shall be sent to the Supplier’s warehouse at Buyer’s expense. All goods must be returned in original or protective packaging preventing damage during transportation. The Supplier will analyze the product and prepare an inspection report and technical conclusion. If recognized as a warranty case, the defective product will be replaced with a new one.

General Information

Hydraulic (precision) tubes are used in agricultural, road construction, and special machinery, as well as for laying hydraulic and pneumatic lines in workshops. Made of steel St 37.4 (E235). Supplied in normalized (NBK) black (phosphated) or galvanized condition, standard length 6 m. Supply of tubes cut to required length is possible. Tubes can be connected by adapters for cutting rings, welding, or flaring. Technical specifications are indicated in the catalog and on the official Seller’s website (www.hydravia.ru), and in the following standards: EN 10305-1, EN 10305-2, EN 10305-4.

Storage Conditions – in enclosed premises where temperature and humidity fluctuations are significantly less than outdoors, in original (special) packaging protecting against destruction, damage, and corrosion. Transportation in enclosed transport (containers, closed vehicles, etc.) preventing direct contact with the environment, precipitation, contamination, etc.
