Precision hydraulic tubes

These warranty terms and conditions refer to and are an integral part of the sales contracts concluded by Hydravia LLC INN 7806158571 and Hydral LLC INN 7802374966 with buyers. The warranty conditions are a public offer and cannot be changed. Revision 15.05.2017.

Product warranty terms

These warranty conditions apply only to hydraulic (precision) tubing supplied by the Seller.

Warranty period

The warranty period for the Seller's goods is one year from the date of shipment, which is fixed in the delivery note ТОРГ-12 (in case of shipment on EXW terms - this is the date of CMR). Warranty replacement of defective goods shall be made free of charge only at the Seller's warehouse. The warranty applies only to structural defects of the goods.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover defects caused by poor quality installation, non-standard (GOST 10692) packaging of the goods. The Supplier shall not be liable for all risks associated with intentional or unintentional improper use; damage to personnel caused by a defect in the goods; losses during operation, as well as any other additional losses and costs, including losses caused to a third party.

Actions when a defect is detected

If a defect is detected during acceptance or operation (during the warranty period), it is necessary:

a. Send an official claim to our company, indicating the circumstances of occurrence and describing the problem, date and number of the document under which the goods were purchased. In order to determine remotely whether the case is a warranty case, at the request of the supplier, the buyer sends additionally photo (video) materials of the goods demonstrating the type of defect.

b. If the claim can be resolved by telephone or written consultation, the Supplier shall send new goods to replace the defective goods under warranty free of charge, transportation costs being at the expense of the Buyer.

c. If the cause of the defect and the fact of the warranty case cannot be established on the basis of the Buyer's materials, the goods shall be sent to the Supplier's warehouse at the Buyer's expense. All goods shall be returned in their original packaging or in packaging that prevents damage during transportation. Further, the goods shall be analyzed at the Supplier's premises and an inspection report and technical report shall be drawn up. If the case is recognized as a warranty case, the defective goods shall be replaced with a new one.

Hydraulic (precision) pipes are used in agricultural, road-building and special equipment, as well as for laying hydraulic and pneumatic lines in workshops.Made of steel St 37.4 (E235).Supplied in normalized (NBK) black (facfatized) or galvanized condition, standard length of 6 m.Pipes can be supplied in cut to length.Pipes can be connected by adapters for mortise rings, welding, rolling. Technical characteristics of the product are specified in the catalog and on the official website of the Seller (www.hydravia.com), in the following standards: EN 10305-1, EN 10305-2, EN 10305-4.

Storage conditions – indoors or under shelter (provided it is protected from precipitation).
