Hydraulic testing equipment
These warranty conditions refer to and are an integral part of the sales contracts concluded by Hydravia LLC INN 7806158571 and Hydral LLC INN 7802374966 with buyers. The warranty conditions are a public offer and cannot be changed. Revision 15.05.2017.
Product warranty terms
These warranty conditions apply only to the hydraulic system testing equipment supplied by the Seller.
Warranty period
The warranty for the goods is valid for 12 months from the date of shipment of the goods to the Buyer, subject to operation in accordance with GOST requirements and Seller's recommendations. The date of shipment is the date of the delivery note (TRORG-12) on which the goods are shipped. In case of shipment of goods on EXW terms to the manufacturer's factory - this is the date of SMR. Warranty replacement of low-quality goods shall be made free of charge only at the Seller's warehouse. All transportation costs associated with the replacement of the goods are at the Buyer's expense. The warranty applies only to structural defects of the goods. The decision to recognize the case as warranty shall be made by the Seller in consultation with the manufacturer of the goods.
Warranty limitations
The warranty does not cover leaks and damage caused by improper selection and use of the product in conditions that do not meet its specifications, improper assembly (connection) with other goods, violation of transportation and storage conditions. The warranty does not apply to goods used not in accordance with the manufacturer's technical instructions, consumables and wearing parts. The Seller shall not be liable for all risks associated with intentional or unintentional misuse; damage to personnel caused by a defect in the goods; loss of use, as well as any other additional losses and costs, including losses caused to a third party.
Actions in case of defect detection
If a defect is detected during acceptance or operation (during the warranty period), it is necessary:
a. Send an official claim to our company, indicating the circumstances of occurrence and describing the problem, date and number of the document under which the goods were purchased. In order to determine remotely whether the case is a warranty case, at the request of the supplier, the buyer sends additionally photo (video) materials of the goods demonstrating the type of defect.
b. If the claim can be resolved by telephone or written consultation, the Supplier shall send new goods to replace the defective goods under warranty free of charge, transportation costs being at the expense of the Buyer.
c. If the cause of the defect and the fact of the warranty case cannot be established on the basis of the Buyer's materials, the goods shall be sent to the Supplier's warehouse at the Buyer's expense. All goods shall be returned in their original packaging or in packaging that prevents damage to the goods during transportation. Further, the goods shall be analyzed at the Supplier's premises and an inspection report and technical report shall be drawn up. If the case is recognized as a warranty case, the defective goods shall be replaced with a new one.
