Warranty conditions for goods

These warranty conditions apply to new at the time of sale connecting fittings - fittings and reusable couplings for hoses supplied by the Seller.

 Warranty period

The warranty for hidden defects of the goods is valid for 12 months from the date of shipment of the goods to the Buyer, subject to operation in accordance with the requirements of standards (if applicable for this type of goods) and the recommendations of the Seller. The date of shipment is the date of the consignment note (TORG-12), according to which the goods are shipped. In case of sending goods on EXW terms, the manufacturer's plant - this is the CMR date. Warranty replacement of low-quality goods is carried out free of charge only at the Seller's warehouse. All transportation costs associated with the replacement of the goods, its diagnostics are borne by the Buyer. The warranty applies only to design defects of the goods. The decision to recognize the case as a warranty case is made by the Seller in agreement with the manufacturer of the goods. The warranty applies to design defects of the goods.

The warranty for hidden defects of the manufacturer's goods is valid:

  • 12 months for all metal parts and components;

  • 12 months for coatings of heat-treated and/or galvanized parts;

  • 3 months for rubber parts (both natural and synthetic rubber) in case of following the recommendations of the DIN 7716 standard and 1 month in case the requirements of the standard were not followed.

The warranty conditions specified above apply to work in 1 work shift (8 hours daily, 5 days a week, maximum 50 weeks per year). If the system or machine operates in two shifts, the warranty is reduced by half (12, 6 and 3 months, respectively). In case of operation in 3 shifts, the warranty will be reduced by 3 times (8, 4 and 2 months, respectively).

 Warranty Limitations

The warranty terms apply only to direct buyers of the company. The warranty applies only to products that have been installed and put into operation in accordance with the Seller's instructions.

The warranty does not cover leaks and damage caused by improper selection of the product, use in combination with another unsuitable product, improper assembly (connection) with another product, changes to the design of the products, violation of the operating rules specified in the catalogs, instructions and other technical documents of the Seller, independent repairs not agreed with the Seller. The Supplier shall not be liable for any risks associated with intentional or unintentional misuse; damage to personnel caused by a defect in the goods; losses during operation, lost profits, as well as any other additional losses and expenses, including losses caused to a third party. The Seller is responsible for the operability and safety of the components supplied by it, but not the operation of the entire system as a whole. When ordering products according to the Buyer's design/drawings, the Seller is responsible for the technical design, but not for the expected properties of the product.

For fittings made in China, the requirements of standards, calibration checks, etc. are limited in their application, since the products are manufactured according to the manufacturer's drawings (specifications).

 Actions upon detection of a defect

If a defect is detected during acceptance or operation (during the warranty period), it is necessary to:

  • Send an official claim to our company, indicating the circumstances of the occurrence and describing the problem, date and document number under which the product was purchased. To remotely determine whether the case is covered by the warranty, at the request of the supplier, the buyer additionally sends photos, videos of the product demonstrating the type of defect. The deadline for accepting claims for visible defects is 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The deadline for accepting claims for hidden defects is determined by the warranty period, but not later than 7 days before the expiration date of the warranty obligations.
