Quick couplings

These warranty conditions refer to and are an integral part of the sales contracts concluded by Hyidravia LLC INN 7806158571 and Hydral LLC INN 7802374966 with buyers. The warranty conditions are a public offer and cannot be changed. Revision 15.05.2017.

Product Warranty Terms

These warranty conditions apply to fast disconnect couplings (hereinafter referred to as BDCs) supplied by the Seller.

Warranty period

The warranty on the goods is valid for 12 months from the date of shipment of the goods to the Buyer, subject to operation in accordance with GOST requirements and recommendations of the Seller. The date of shipment is the date of the delivery note (TRORG-12) on which the goods are shipped. In case of shipment of goods on EXW terms to the manufacturer's factory - is the date of SMR. Warranty replacement of low-quality goods shall be made free of charge only at the Seller's warehouse. All transportation costs related to the replacement of the goods are the responsibility of the Buyer. The warranty relates to design defects of the goods and applies to their general connection dimensions, quality of coupling and disconnection.

Warranty limitations

The warranty does not cover leaks and damage caused by improper selection of goods, use in combination with other unsuitable goods, improper assembly (connection) with other goods. The Supplier shall not be liable for all risks associated with intentional or unintentional misuse; damage to personnel caused by defective goods; loss of use, as well as any other additional losses and costs, including losses caused to a third party.

Actions when a defect is detected

If a defect is detected during acceptance or operation (during the warranty period), it is necessary:

a. Send an official claim to our company, indicating the circumstances of occurrence and describing the problem, date and number of the document under which the goods were purchased. In order to determine remotely whether the case is a warranty case, at the request of the supplier, the buyer sends additionally photo (video) materials of the goods demonstrating the type of defect.

b. If the claim can be resolved by telephone or written consultation, the Supplier shall send new goods to replace the defective goods under warranty free of charge, transportation costs being at the expense of the Buyer.

c. If the cause of the defect and the fact of the warranty case cannot be established on the basis of the Buyer's materials, the goods shall be sent to the Supplier's warehouse at the Buyer's expense. All goods shall be returned in their original packaging or in packaging that prevents damage to the goods during transportation. Further, the goods shall be analyzed at the Supplier's premises and an inspection report and technical report shall be drawn up. If the case is recognized as a warranty case, the defective goods shall be replaced with a new one.

General information

The couplings are used in hydraulic drives for quick connection or disconnection of hydraulic lines.

Technical requirements of the product are specified in the catalog and on the official website of the Seller (www.hydravia.com), in the following standards: GOST R 50191, GOST R 51208 (ISO 7241-1), ISO 7241-2.

Storage conditions: in original (special) package protecting from destruction and damage. Storage conditions 1 (light) according to GOST 15150.
