These warranty terms and conditions refer to and are an integral part of the sales contracts concluded by Hyidravia LLC INN 7806158571 and Hydral LLC INN 7802374966 with buyers. Условия гарантии являются публичной офертой и не могут быть изменены. Revision 15.05.2017.

The vendor guarantees the quality of its products. We are committed to meeting our customers' quality requirements and offer a 1 year warranty on our vendors' products.

For the products you purchase, you accept the following terms and conditions:

• In all cases you must inspect and accept the product. You must read the manual carefully before operation in order to use the products correctly.
• We warrant the product for one year from the date of purchase (date of THORG12). If problems such as leakage or rupture, etc. occur during this time under proper use, please provide the Seller or its distributors with the product itself or a picture of it to verify the problem. If the problem is confirmed by the company within the warranty period, Seller or its distributors will repair or replace the products free of charge. For a problem outside the warranty period, the Seller will also provide the necessary services within reasonable limits.
• In order for you to be provided with quality assurance and after-sales services, you must provide a valid purchase certificate, including a purchase invoice from the Seller or its distributors, a product warranty bearing the Seller's company seal, a product manual bearing the Seller's seal and buyer identification.
• If there is a problem related to product quality, the customer must provide relevant photos and a detailed description of the problem. We undertake to respond within 48 hours of receiving this information.

We are not responsible for problems encountered in the transportation of products.

Your responsibility: You are responsible for using and handling the products strictly in accordance with the operating instructions, placing the products in a safe area, and properly servicing and maintaining the products. After a breakdown occurs, you must take timely measures to repair it and prevent the damage from increasing.

Seller shall not be liable for all risks associated with intentional or unintentional misuse; personnel damage caused by joint liability; loss of use, and any other additional damages and costs, including those caused by a third party.

This Warranty does not apply in the following situations (including but not limited to):

1. Misuse of products, deterioration of quality due to obsolescence.
2. Product damage due to incorrect installation.
3. Damage to the product through improper use, including use of products outside of authorized limits.
4. Product damage due to improper storage.
5. Product damage caused by an accident.
6. Exceeding the standard (API Spec 7K) product load.
7. The product type, specification shown on the submitted invoice, etc., does not match the actual product or has been substituted.
8. Failure to provide actual invoice, Seller's stamped product warranty, Seller's stamped instruction manual and buyer identification.
9. Product damage was caused by human error.
10. The damage occurred as a result of force majeure.
11. The length of supplied hoses shall be agreed between the Buyer and the Supplier; allowable limit deviation from the agreed coil length ±2%.

If the situation described in paragraph 7, 8 or 9 is the cause of damage to the products, Seller is released from the obligations set forth in this warranty letter and shall not be liable or otherwise penalized.

Governing Law. Any disputes related to this warranty provision shall be resolved in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the legal authorities in the territory where Seller is located.

The Seller assure you the quality of our product. We are committed to making our every customer are satisfied with our product.

To remove your worries, we offer 1 year warranty for all of our product.

For the products you purchased, we make following performance pledge:

• In any case, you should check and make acceptance of the product. You should carefully read the manual before using to know the correct , reasonable use and operation methods.
• We provide one year warranty period for the product itself from the date of purchasing (date of invoice).During this period, if there happens quality problem caused by normal use, such as leakage and bursting,etc, please provide product or pictures to The Seller or the distributors of The Seller, who will inspect the product. If the product is within the scope and period of warranty after final confirmation by The Seller, The Seller’s distributors will provide free repair or replacement. For the product beyond warranty period, The Seller will also provide appropriate services within a reasonable limits.
• When ask to enjoy quality assurance and after-sale service, you must supply a valid purchase certificate, including purchase invoice from The Seller or The Seller’s distributors, product warranty stamped by The Seller, product manual stamped by The Seller and customer identification.
• Before the product leave factory, all indexes of product shall be carried out strict quality test to ensure the qualification rate of selling product reach to 100%.

If happened quality problems in the warranty period, customers should provide corresponding photographs and detailed written description. We promised that we will give reply within 48 hours after receiving information.

Any quality problems occurred in transportation, we shall not bear the responsibility.

Your responsibility: you have the responsibility to use, operation and store strictly according to product manual, and place the product in a safety zone, and keep sustained and reasonable maintenance for the product. After the damage occurred, you have responsibility to take timely, necessary and reasonable measures to avoid damage rising.

All the risks and duty caused by abnormal usage, including caused by any indirect or intentionally or product damage, personal damage caused by joint liabilities, operation losses and any additional losses and expenses, or bring direct and indirect losses to the third parties, etc, The Seller will not bear.

This product warranty is not applicable to following situation(include but not limited)

• Product wear under normal use, normal aging and quality decline.
• Product damage caused by improper installation.
• Product damage caused by improper use, misuse, including caused by application and operation beyond the expected scope of use.
• Product damage caused by improper use, misuse, including caused by application and operation beyond the expected scope of use.
• Product damage caused by improper storage.
• Product damage caused by collision.
• The load of product exceed relevant standard (API Spec 7K).
• The product type, specification listed in the provided invoice, etc., such purchase certificate are not consistent with the actual product, or it had been altered.
• Can not provide effective invoice, product warranty stamped by The Seller, product manual stamped by The Seller and customer identification.
• Product damage caused by any human error.Product caused by any force majeure.
• The length of the produced sleeves is agreed between the Buyer and the Supplier; possible exclusion of deviation from the accepted account ±2%.

If occurred or suitable any one item or all situation in above 7,8,9 item, The Seller will free from quality guarantee under this Quality Warranty, and will not bear any risk, responsibility and charges.

Applicable law. Any dispute relevant with this warranty clause shall apply to the related law of the Russian Federation ,and shall be under the jurisdiction of the people’s count of the place where The Seller is located.
