Reinforced high-pressure hoses

These warranty terms apply to and are an integral part of the purchase and sale contracts concluded by Hydravia LLC INN 7806158571 and Hydral LLC INN 7802374966 with buyers. The warranty conditions are a public offer and cannot be changed. Revision 15.05.2017.

Goods warranty terms

These warranty conditions apply to high-pressure hoses (hereinafter referred to as HPS) reinforced, including those complete with protection (mechanical or high-temperature), supplied by the Seller.

Warranty period

The product warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of shipment of the goods to the Buyer, subject to operation in accordance with the requirements of the data sheet (sleeve standard). The date of shipment is the date of the consignment note (TRORG-12) on which the goods are shipped. In case of shipment of goods on EXW terms of the manufacturer's factory - is the date of SMR. Warranty replacement of low-quality products shall be made free of charge only at the Seller's warehouse. All transportation costs associated with the replacement of the goods are at the Buyer's expense. The warranty applies to design defects (VFD, fittings, protection) and manufacturing defects of the products (reinforced VFD).

Warranty limitations

If the products are used in conditions that do not comply with TU 3148-001-87370352-2011 or specified in the technical specifications for the components, damage caused by improper transportation, improper storage, installation and use of the products, the warranty obligations shall be terminated. Seller shall not be liable for all risks of intentional or unintentional misuse; damage to personnel caused by product defect; loss of use; and any other additional damages and costs, including damages caused to a third party.

Actions in the event of a defect

If a defect is discovered during acceptance or operation (during the warranty period), you must:

a. Send an official claim to our company, indicating the circumstances of occurrence and describing the problem, date and number of the document under which the product was purchased. In order to determine remotely whether the case is under warranty, at the Supplier's request, the Buyer shall additionally send photo (video) materials of the products demonstrating the type of defect.

b. If the claim can be resolved by telephone or written consultation, the Supplier will send new products to replace the defective products under warranty free of charge, with transportation costs at the Buyer's expense.

c. If the cause of the defect and the fact of the warranty case cannot be established on the basis of the Buyer's materials, the products shall be sent to the Supplier's warehouse at the Buyer's expense. All products are returned in their original packaging or in packaging that prevents damage to the products during transportation. Further, the products are analyzed at the Supplier's premises and an inspection report and technical report are drawn up. If the case is recognized as a warranty case, the defective product is replaced with a new one.

Reinforced hoses consist of reinforced hoses, fittings and couplings (for hoses). These products are intended for use as flexible pipelines in hydraulic systems of various machines and units (mining equipment, construction, road, agricultural machinery, tractors, machine tools, etc.).
