Warranty Terms for Goods

These warranty terms apply to high-pressure hoses with metal braids and end fittings (assembled), including those with protection (plastic, textile, fire-resistant), supplied by the Seller.

Warranty Period

The warranty for the products is valid for 12 months from the date of shipment to the Buyer, provided the products are operated according to the passport (hose standard) requirements. The shipment date is the date of the consignment note (TORG-12) by which the goods are shipped. In case of shipment on EXW manufacturer’s plant terms, it is the date of the CMR. Warranty replacement of defective products is carried out free of charge only at the Seller’s warehouse. All transportation costs related to replacement are borne by the Buyer. The warranty covers design (factory) defects (hose, end fittings, protection) and manufacturing defects of the products (hose with end fittings).

Warranty Limitations

The warranty applies only to hoses with end fittings, whose installation, operation, storage, and transportation were performed in accordance with standards (if applicable), Seller’s (manufacturer’s) recommendations, TU 22.19.30-001-98537192-2024, or requirements specified in the technical specifications for components (hoses, fittings).

The warranty does not apply in cases of:

• improper installation, connection, adjustment, violations of operating rules specified in the Seller’s catalogs, instructions, standards, TU, and other technical documents;
• improper use;
• failure to use safety devices (protection) during hose operation;
• violation of transportation and storage conditions;
• significant wear;
• mechanical damage (cuts, dents, etc.);
• absence of factory marking (layline);
• hose leaks (damage) related to resource exhaustion (number of operating hours on equipment);
• incorrect selection of hydraulic system units causing unacceptable load on hoses with end fittings during operation, resulting in premature hose failure.

The Seller is not responsible for all risks associated with intentional or unintentional improper use of the equipment; damage to personnel caused by product defects; losses during operation; and any other additional losses and costs, including damages caused to third parties and lost profits.

Actions Upon Defect Detection

In case of defect detection during acceptance or operation (within the warranty period), it is necessary to:

• Send an official claim to our company, indicating the circumstances of occurrence and describing the problem, the date and number of the document under which the products were purchased. For remote determination of whether the case is warranty-related, the Buyer shall additionally provide photo (video) materials showing the defect upon the Supplier’s request.
• If the claim can be resolved by telephone or written consultations, the Supplier sends new products to replace the defective ones free of charge under warranty, with transportation costs borne by the Buyer.
• If it is impossible to determine the cause of the defect and the fact of a warranty case based on the Buyer’s materials, the products are sent to the Supplier’s warehouse at the Buyer’s expense and effort. All products must be returned in original packaging or packaging preventing damage during transportation. Subsequently, at the Supplier’s premises, the products are analyzed and a technical conclusion on the causes of hose failure with end fittings is prepared. If the case is recognized as warranty-related, the defective products are replaced with new ones.

General Information

High-pressure rubber or plastic hoses with end fittings (assembled) consist of:

• rubber or plastic hoses with metal braids (windings) or other types of braids;
• end fittings: non-detachable or threaded fittings – fittings and couplings (for hoses). These products are intended for use as flexible pipelines in hydraulic systems of various machines and units (mining equipment, construction, road, agricultural machines, tractors, machine tools, etc.).
