1. General conditions
- 1.1. Products shipped from the company's warehouse are shipped according to the assembled numbers (No.) of places formed when picking the goods according to the assembly order.
- 1.2. Each collected location is a detached, formed, separately packaged and labeled product.
- 1.3. All products (shipping locations) are packaged in the following types of standard packaging:
- 1.3.1. No pallet:
- heat-sealed cardboard box;
- branded polyethylene bag (in a cardboard box with thermal film or sealed with branded tape);
- stretch wrap.
- 1.3.2. On a pallet in stretch wrap:
- сoil (factory packed or not);
- cardboard box (6 sizes), rigid wooden box, etc.
- Boxes (cardboard, wooden) can be either with the company's own corporate logo or with the corporate logo of the company's supplier. The weight of a bundle, coil should not exceed 50 kg (if a coil or a finished product weighs more than 50 kg, it should be packed separately).
- 1.4. Packaging materials without accompanying information about the company and the products being shipped are not used during shipment. Each assembled place (without pallet and on a pallet) must contain information about the company belonging - it is a branded tape (adhesive tape) with the company logo and name in English (Hydravia, Hydral).
- 1.5. In addition, the customer code and the address of the recipient shall be indicated on the package - thermo film or stretch film (with indelible black marker). It is allowed to indicate additional distinguishing information on the package - number of the order for the assembly of goods, etc.
- 1.6. Shipped standard packaged products with several (2 or more) assembled places are accompanied by an additional shipping document - packing list. A copy of the assembly order is used as a packing list. This order specifies by number (No.) the place of assembly of the shipped packaged products - for one or several articles.
- 1.7. In the last place collected for shipment, the shipping documents are inserted in moisture-proof packaging with the company logo (name):
- UPD - universal transfer document (original - 1 copy);
- A copy of the assembly order used as packing list (if applicable).
- 1.8. When shipping equipment, high-pressure hoses in coils, batches of finished products in rigid packaging, and plastic protection, shipping documents are packed in self-adhesive (non-moisture-proof) envelopes for accompanying documentation.
- 1.9. In case of promotional events, mailing of special information for buyers (leaflets, booklets, catalogs) are enclosed together with the main shipping documents.
- 1.10. Attachment locations or document attachments for each shipment shall be photographed. Photographs are archived and are available upon request from managers or accounting department.
- 1.11. For identification in the process of acceptance by the Buyer of products by quantity, a branded marking sticker (sticker) with the company logo and basic information - product name, its article and quantity - in pieces (pcs.) or meters (m.) is affixed to each (assembled) place of packing - box, branded polyethylene bag of goods, the coil itself (or factory label attached to it).
- 1.12. Each branded marking sticker also includes additional information (linked to the packing list) - assembly order number (with date). It may contain advertising information (link to the company's website www.hydravia.com) and other useful information about the company.
- 1.13. A branded marking sticker (sticker) with the company's logo is applied on the outside of the package - a box for homogeneous products (of the same article), collected in scattered form inside this container (box).
- 1.14. Branded marking sticker for the assembled products in bulk is affixed on the inner side of the box in case other products (with a different article) packed in separate branded polyethylene bags with the company's branded marking stickers affixed on each of them are additionally put inside the box to the assembled products in bulk.
- 1.15. In both cases, the presence of other stickers on the product packaging (box, film, etc.) shipped to the Buyer, which remain from the supplier of the company on its branded packaging, but which do not serve the purpose of identification by the Buyer in the process of acceptance of products by quantity, is allowed.
- 1.16. Packaged products shipped from the company's warehouse are weighed before shipment. Information on the gross and net weight of packaged products is noted in the DDS (waybill). It is allowed to additionally indicate (with an indelible black marker) the gross weight on the package itself - thermo film or stretch film.
- 1.17. The assembly order also includes additional manual marking (with article, name, quantity) of shipped souvenir products, as well as products sent in response to customer complaints (additional delivery, replacement, etc.). The packing list (a copy of the assembly order) must be attached to the shipping documents (together with the DDS).
2. Equipment
Standard shipping terms

Shipped only in rigid packaging or manufacturer's packaging. Each type of equipment must be provided with a technical passport and a translation of the operating instructions in Russian. Before packing the equipment, it is checked for completeness, operability (electrical and hydraulic) and absence of external damage, after which a sticker is affixed on the inspection of this equipment by the department of the Quality Control. The packaging is labeled as fragile cargo with the logo of Hydravia Ltd. or United Hydraulic Company. Verso machines are also packed in branded boxes with the VERSO label. Any stickers of product manufacturers, stickers of transportation companies in case of international transportation are removed before shipment. The equipment shall be photographed:
1) Up to the moment of packing the appearance of the equipment (at least 1 photo).
2) In the process of packing - fixing places of equipment fastening, as well as internal and external packing (at least 2 photos).
Photos shall be kept for a minimum of three (3) months.


Non-standard shipping terms
The equipment can be packed additionally in a heavy duty wooden crate for a fee set by the transportation company.
Types of additional packing: pallet board, rigid packing, additional cargo handling, sack, soft packing.
3. Distributors, rotators, hydraulic motors, other expensive spare parts.
Standard shipping terms
Shipped only in rigid packaging or rigid cardboard. Before packing, the appearance of the product is checked for rust, cracks and other external damage. Each type of product is provided with a technical passport. The packaging is labeled with a fragile cargo sign with the logo of Hydravia LLC or United Hydraulic Company.


Non-standard shipping terms
Spare parts can be packed additionally in a heavy duty wooden crate for a fee set by the transportation company.
Types of additional packing: pallet board, rigid packing, additional cargo handling, sack, soft packing.
4. Drilling hoses.
Standard shipping terms

Shipped only in rigid packaging (rigid cardboard is acceptable). The ends of the finished products are packed in polyethylene or closed with thermal plugs. For a batch of finished products of one size, a tag with the United Hydraulic Company logo is produced, indicating the quantity, full name, date of manufacture, name and signature of the responsible person. Reinforced hoses are packed in bundles or coils with observance of minimum bending radius. Bundles, coils are tied with twine or packed in stretch film. The weight of a bundle, coil should not exceed 50 kg (if a coil or a finished product weighs more than 50 kg, it is necessary to pack it separately). Each drill hose is marked with an individual number. For each type of finished products and drilling hoses a quality passport is issued, which contains the name and signature of the responsible person.
Non-standard shipping terms
The ends of the finished products can be closed with plastic plugs for a fee. Assembled high-pressure hoses can be packed additionally in a heavy-duty wooden crate for a fee charged by the transportation company.
Types of additional packing: pallet board, rigid packing, additional cargo handling.
5. Reinforced high-pressure hoses.
Standard shipping terms

Reinforced hoses are packed in bundles or coils with minimum bending radius. Packs, coils are tied with twine or packed in stretch film. The weight of a bundle, coil should not exceed 50 kg (if a coil or a finished product weighs more than 50 kg, it is necessary to pack it separately). A passport is issued for each type of finished product. They are shipped in a separate place.

To prevent dirt from getting into the hose cavity, the ends of the pressed hoses are fitted with thermal plugs, which take the shape of the end fitting when heated with a thermofan and reliably protect the hose cavity from dirt.

For a batch of finished products of the same size, a label with the company logo is produced, indicating the quantity, full name, date of manufacture.
Upon customer request (for any shipments from St. Petersburg and Moscow), the sleeves are marked with special stickers that are UV and moisture resistant.

Non-standard shipping terms
Types of additional packing: pallet board, rigid packing, additional cargo handling, sack, soft packing. Upon agreement with the customer, it is allowed to pack the finished product in a polyethylene bag without installing thermal seals.


6. High-pressure hoses (meters).
Standard shipping terms

Packed in coils with minimum bending radius. They are shipped in coils equipped with a label with the United Hydraulic Company logo or a manufacturer's label indicating the type of VFD, its parameters, the exact number of meters and the signature of the responsible person of our company. The label is hidden under stretch film and adhesive tape with the logo of United Hydraulic Company or Hydravia Ltd. Verso sleeves are packed in stretch film with the name of the trade mark (Verso). The number of places equal to the number of coils in the shipment is indicated in the bill of lading of the transportation company and assembly order.
Large batches of hoses (for palletized shipments) are shipped in the manufacturer's cardboard boxes. Any stickers of product manufacturers, stickers of transportation companies in case of international transportation must be removed before shipment. In this case, as many shipping locations are indicated as the number of pallets of sleeves shipped, provided the pallets are properly packed.
A properly packed pallet is a carton that cannot be physically repacked at the shipping company, and any damage to it will mean damage to the shipping location.
High-pressure hoses from DN25 (1") on small orders are shipped on pallets, with the hose additionally lined at the edges with cardboard to prevent damage to the shipment during transportation.



Hose coils are shipped in accordance with EN853, EN856, EN857, SAE100 standards:
- Coils longer than 20 meters - not less than 80% of the length of coils in the delivery;
- Coils longer than 10 meters but less than 20 meters - not more than 20% of the length of coils in the delivery;
- Coils longer than 1 meter, but not more than 10 meters - not more than 3% of the length of coils in the delivery.
Non-standard shipping terms
When shipping coils of hoses, each coil may be additionally packaged at an additional cost as determined by the transportation company.
Types of additional packaging: pallet board, rigid packaging, additional cargo handling, sack, soft packaging.
7. Seals.
Standard shipping terms
Each seal kit is packaged in a separate company branded bag.
A branded marking sticker (label) with the name, article, quantity (pcs.) is pasted on the package. They are shipped in cardboard boxes sealed with branded tape with the company logo.
8. Fittings for hoses, couplings, pipe couplings, quick couplings, ball valves, valves.
Standard shipping terms

The first type of packaging - shipped homogeneous products (one article) in a separate box. A branded sticker (with the company logo, article, name and quantity) is affixed on the outside of the package - company (factory) box of the company supplier (or company box with the Hydravia logo).
The company brand label is glued either on top of the old supplier label or next to it (top, side) on the box. In the latter case, the old supplier label on the box is crossed out (cross on cross) with a marker or removed.
The second type of packaging is for shipped heterogeneous products (several articles) in a prefabricated box. The brand label is affixed on the inside of the package for homogeneous products packed in a box in bulk. Other products (with a different article) are put into the box, packed in separate branded polyethylene bags. Each bag is labeled with its own branded sticker (with the company logo, article, name and quantity).
The old supplier label on the outside of the box is crossed out (crossed out) with a marker or removed.
If the shipment is not palletized, each box is thermo-wrapped to reduce the risk of damage to the packaging.


Non-standard shipping terms
Boxes can be formed on pallet and additionally be packed in polyethylene for an additional fee according to the tariffs of the transportation company.
Types of additional packaging: pallet board, rigid packaging, additional cargo handling, sack, soft packaging.
9. Plastic protection.
Standard shipping terms
In case of box shipments, the plastic protection is shipped in the manufacturer's packaging. In case of shipment by meter, the protection is packed in stretch film or polyethylene bags with the logo of United Hydraulic Company or Hydravia Ltd.

Non-standard shipping terms
Plastic protection can be packed additionally in a heavy-duty wooden crate for a fee set by the tariffs of the transportation company.
Types of additional packaging: pallet board, rigid packaging, additional cargo handling, sack, soft packaging.
10. Hydraulic pipes (in meters).
Standard shipping terms
Cut pipes of the same size are packed in bundles and, depending on the ordered length, tied with scotch tape or plastic tape (on the edges and in the middle). To avoid damage and ingress of foreign particles, the pipe ends are blinded and the edges are wrapped with cardboard and wrapped in stretch film. Each bundle of pipes is provided with an identification label.
Assembled pipes are shipped packed in a bundle in stretch film. The weight of the bundle shall not exceed 50 kg.


Non-standard shipping terms
Upon shipment, the pipes may be additionally packed at an additional cost as determined by the transportation company.
Types of additional packaging: wooden crate, lattice, rigid packing, sack.
11. Packaging materials used in the shipment of products.

12. Instructions for acceptance of cargo by buyers
To reduce the risk of receiving damaged goods during transportation due to the fault of transportation companies, we offer to accept the cargo in accordance with these rules:
- 12.1. Prior to receiving the shipment, request information on the number of places and methods of product packaging, total weight of the products. This information can be provided upon request or sent automatically to the e-mail address specified as contact address.
- 12.2. Before directly accepting the shipment, carefully read the bill of lading of the transportation company, which should indicate the weight of products and the number of places.
- 12.3. Check the number of seats and verify with the sender's data.
- 12.4. Check the quality of the packaging of each of the locations received.
- 12.5. Perform mandatory overweighing of the products and compare with the data from the bill of lading of the transportation company, as well as with the data from the consignor's bill of lading attached to the last place of shipment in cases:
- 12.5.1. detecting damage to any of the locations;
- 12.5.2. If the place of shipment is not packed with sticky tape with the shipper's logos (or shows signs of overpacking);
- 12.5.3. If the quality of the packaging is questionable or there are signs of tampering.
- 12.6. In case of discrepancies, it is necessary to call a representative of the transportation company to draw up an acceptance certificate indicating the difference in weight and to draw up an inventory of attachments to identify the missing goods and confirm the amount of loss.
- 12.7. Claims for concealed damage to all types of sleeves will be considered by the seller only if there is video footage of unpacking and inspection of the shipment, as well as photographs of the shipment before unpacking.
